We are so excited to celebrate our wedding weekend with you in beautiful Midcoast Maine! This place is incredibly special to us, and we can’t wait to share its charm with all of you. We are so grateful you’re making the trip to celebrate with us! 💙
🌲 Things to Do in Camden & Rockland
Coming to the coast for the wedding? Make it a full Maine moment. Here are some of our favorite things to do nearby:
1. Hike Mount Battie
Short but epic! Catch views over Camden Harbor and Penobscot Bay.
2. Explore Camden Hills State Park
Perfect for hiking, biking, and fresh ocean air.
3. Stroll Camden Harbor
Cute shops, boats bobbing in the water, and the most New England vibes.
4. Visit Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse
Take the mile-long granite walk out to the lighthouse. Bring your camera!
5. Eat at Primo
A must. Farm-to-table dining with gardens and chickens on-site. Reserve ahead! Patty and Coopers all time favorite restaurant that they would travel 2 hours there and back for!!!
6. Grab lobster rolls at Claws
Classic Maine seafood shack — totally casual and totally delicious.
7. Shop the Camden Farmer’s Market
Open Saturdays, with local goods, treats, and handmade finds.
8. Catch a show at The Strand Theatre
Live music, indie films, and charm for days.
9. Tour the Farnsworth Art Museum
Home to works by Maine artists, including three generations of Wyeths.
10. Relax at Laite Memorial Beach
Great for a swim or picnic with a harbor view.
11. Visit Monhegan Island (day trip)
Take a ferry and wander through an artist colony surrounded by cliffs.
12. Sip at Oyster River Winegrowers
A small, funky vineyard and tasting room just outside town.
13. Take a Sunset Sail on Schooner, OLAD
See gorgeous Penobscot Bay and Camden Harbor from a different perspective. It's stunning!
